Things you should know before booking Digha Hotels


What is the check-in/check-out time?
Ans. Check-in is at 10:30 am & check-out is at 9:30 am.


Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?
Ans. Smoking inside rooms is allowed but the common areas are no smoking zones.


Do you have high-speed Wired and/or wireless internet access available?
Ans. High-Speed wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel in common areas & all rooms. However, wired internet access is not available.


Do you have a fitness centre?
Ans. No. We do not have a fitness centre at the hotel.


Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Ans. Yes, we offer room service from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Special arrangements for room service outside these hours can be made with a prior request to the hotel manager.


Do you have a swimming pool?
Ans. Yes. We do not have a pool at the hotel.


Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during the stay?
Ans. Yes.


Do you have a doctor available at the hotel?
Ans. Yes, we have a doctor on call for 24 hours.


What are the options for shopping available in Digha?
Ans. Digha has a bustling market near the sea beaches selling craft items made of shells, conch, etc. They make excellent gifts for souvenirs & display.


What are the places to see around Digha?

Do you offer a free shuttle service from Digha railway station/Bus stand?
Ans. Yes, we offer free pick-up service from Digha railway station/bus stand around the year. However the drop is chargeable.


What is the nearest landmark to the hotel?
Ans. The nearest landmark is Yuva Awas (Youth Hostel)


How far from the beach to the hotel?
Ans. The beach is approximately 7-8 minutes of walking distance from the hotel.


Do you have onsite parking? Is it chargeable?
Ans. Yes, onsite parking is available & free of cost for our boarders.

How do I book?
Ans. You can book us directly through the booking office. Just give us a call @+91- 9155385999 / +91-9155174999. Our booking executives will help you with the booking procedure. You can book us through all major OTAs as well like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Trivago, Agoda, Yatra & Our Website.


How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?
Ans. Upon receipt of advance payment, the booking office shall send a reservation slip via email.


Must I print out my reservation slip?
Ans. It is advisable to carry a printout of the reservation slip during check-in. If you do not have a printout of the reservation slip, please confirm your booking details at the reception & provide your ID.


I booked the hotel through an OTA/travel agency. I need to make changes to the reservation. How do I do it?
Ans. You must get in touch with the OTA/travel agency you made the reservation through in order to make the changes.


What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Ans. You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.


What is your cancellation policy?
Ans. 100 % of advance payment shall be retained by the hotel if cancellation is intimated to the hotel within 72 hours of check-in time. In case of intimation prior to 72 hours of check-in time, the advance amount shall be redeemable by the guest during any further visit within 1 year of the original check-in date.


Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
Ans. We do require the presentation of a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.


Do you have an early departure fee?
Ans. If a guest checks out before the scheduled check-out date, the guest shall be liable to pay full lodging charges till the scheduled check-out date along with any other charges incurred during the stay as part of the final bill settlement during checkout irrespective of the reason of early check-out.

What are the hours of the restaurant?
Ans. The restaurant is open from 8 am to 11 pm.


What are the cuisines available? Do you have a thali system?
Ans. We have Bengali, Continental & Chinese Cuisines. Yes, we do have a thali system.


What forms of payment are accepted at the hotel?
Ans. We accept cash & all major credit cards.


Are pets allowed?
Ans. Yes,  pets are not allowed.
